Sleep Topics: Insomnia, Sleep Apnea and Night Terrors

Sleep: Insomnia, Sleep Apnea, Night Terrors   (6 hours  $88  pre-recorded webinar)

Sleep is a crucial function for homeostasis, and even more important when illness or injury requires self-repair. Unfortunately, many of our clients have serious issues with their sleep that range from sidelined maintaining causes for over-busy workers to a primary complaint of intense limitation.

  • Session 1 : insomnia and it’s impacts, likely contributing factors, dialogues for coaching and discussing sleep with clients, and criteria by which to determine whether the sleep issue sits deeply within the constitutional state (likely to respond to constitutional care), or is likely to need other strategies. 4 cases of chronic insomnia as the chief complaint are presented.
  • Session 2 : sleep apnea, implications of oxygenation issues, and therapeutic strategies and adjuncts for these clients.  Snoring, often an issue with those who have sleep apnea, is included also. 3 cases of sleep apnea and snoring are used to demonstrate methods for resolution.
  • Session 3 : night terrors in children, teens and adults, including etiologies of trauma, head injury and infection. 4 cases are presented to illustrate characteristics of night terrors, coaching for clients about meaning in dreams, establishing safety in sleep, and homeopathic therapeutics.
